Student Development Manager
In my role as Student Development Manager I work with students to ensure that they have a positive destination at the end of their time at Amethyst Academies Trust, either at the end of Year 11 or Year 13. Offering impartial advice and guidance at key stages allows all students to make a well informed decision on their future. Working with a range of outside agencies, such as Universities, Colleges, Training Providers and Businesses from the wider community helps to offer students as much information as possible about potential career paths available to them. I also have some responsibility for Pastoral Care in the Amethyst Sixth supporting students with well being.
I am Miss Williams, and I am the Pastoral Support for The Amethyst Sixth From. Sixth form is a very important time for our students and I am here to support them with any issues or barriers they may come across, whether it is an adjustment to their behaviour; boosting attendance or supporting students with emotional and social development and their overall well-being, whilst allowing me to get to know all of them as individuals.
